How to Order While we can't accept telephone orders, we have two easy ways for you to purchase our books: Internet Orders If you want to order online, simply click the "Add to Cart" buttons for the titles you wish to purchase. You can pay for your online order with a PayPal account or with a credit card. Once you've paid, we'll be shipping you the books ourselves. We are able to take credit card orders! Canadian customers, please select "International Economy." All others use "Worldwide Shipping." We regret that it costs so much to ship our books internationally!
